Pages 48 and 49 of the 2025 handbook describe the oil change indicator system. The interval must never exceed 10,000 miles, 12 months or 350 engine hours, whichever comes first. Several checks are tied to that same visit: tire rotation, which Jeep also calls for at the first sign of irregular wear, a battery and terminal inspection, a brake inspection covering pads, shoes, rotors, drums, hoses and the parking brake, an engine cooling system and hose inspection, an exhaust system inspection and a door latch check. The fixed rows sit on pages 49 and 50. CV and universal joints are inspected every 10,000 miles. The cabin air filter is replaced every 12,000 miles. At 20,000 miles the front and rear suspension and tie rod ends and the brake linings are inspected and the parking brake is adjusted. Front and rear axle fluid is first inspected at 20,000 miles and then every 40,000 miles. The engine air cleaner filter is replaced and the transfer case fluid is inspected at 30,000 miles, with transfer case fluid replaced at 60,000 miles. The coolant flush and replacement is listed at 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first.
